Most masterminds are led by coaches with limited real-world business experience. Patti brings three disciplines under one roof: CMO-level marketing strategy from 15+ years of leadership, Master Financial Coaching for real financial clarity and cash flow management, and Revenue Growth Mastery to help you create real value and sell. The Boardroom model is modeled on the tire industry's "20 Groups" and Norma Rist's "Boardroom Group for Women." These are peer-driven accountability memberships where everyone in the room is building, contributing, and making it happen.
Plan for 90 minutes twice a month for the group session, plus the time you invest actually implementing what you learn. The women who get the most from the Boardroom treat their session like a board meeting — they come prepared, bring a real challenge, and leave with a specific action plan. After submitting your application, Patti personally reviews it within 2 business days. If it's a good fit, you'll be invited to a 30-minute onboarding conversation with Patti before your membership begins. This isn't a sales call. It's a real conversation to make sure the Boardroom is the right room for where you are — and to ensure Patti understands your goals well enough to help you hit them from day one.
Enrollment is deliberately managed and kept small. The quality of the room depends entirely on who's in it. This is not a program designed for hundreds of members — it's an intimate, high-accountability peer group. When the room is full, it's full. Applying early ensures your consideration before the founding cohort closes.
Monthly members can cancel with 30 days notice — no long-term contracts, no penalties. Annual members who pay in full are not eligible for refunds, but membership may be paused in extenuating circumstances at Patti's discretion.
